The DM2 Connections Forum is an online meeting room where customers can go to exchange ideas and solutions, to share best practices, and to discuss industry trends and events. The forum is also a bulletin board where DM2 can post announcements and news of interest on a variety of topics, including:

• Connections Newsletter
• Conference Announcements and materials
• New Product Release Announcements
• Version Upgrade News
• Event and other announcements
• Updates to User Documentation and Manuals
• Other items of interest to DM2 customers

Customers are also encouraged to use the Connections Forum to propose new feature ideas so that other users can comment on the proposals.

The DM2 staff will be frequent visitors to the forum, and will participate to the extent that we can without taking over what we hope will be a user-to-user connection point. When appropriate we will provide input to the discussions taking place, or refer the poster(s) to our Support, Consulting, or Training department for detailed follow-up. It is not our intent to make the forum a substitute for these services; rather we hope it is a home for discussions that don’t really fall into any of those categories and in which other users might take and active part.

The DM2 Connections Forum is open to all authorized contacts on a current support plan (ie. the Unlimited Assistance Plan).
